October 15, 2009 - Mobile, Alabama - The Community Foundation of South Alabama has announced the availability of Field of Interest grants which target specific programs. Applications for Field of Interest grants are due by November 2, 2009.
Grant applications for the Clyde C. Snyder Fund will be accepted until January 11, 2010.
Nonprofit organizations located within Baldwin, Clarke, Choctaw, Conecuh, Escambia, Mobile, Monroe and Washington counties in Alabama are invited to submit a grant proposal. Field of Interest Funds
Alcoholics Recovery Fund was established to 1.) further the public’s awareness of the disease of alcoholism, its dangers and effective solutions; 2.) support organizations providing alcoholic treatment and rehabilitation; or 3.) provide funds to those with no financial resources for treatment, rehabilitation, and training.
